Engineered by a tire-industry laser specialist, the JETlaser M300 pushes 4JET's standard Q-switched tier to its water-cooled ceiling. At 300 W it holds substrate-safe nanosecond cleaning for continuous duty, sustaining tire-mold and rubber compression-mold work the air-cooled M100 and M200 cannot, yet staying below the interfacial spallation that defines the high-energy M500 and M1000. A line-scan optic sweeps a centimeters-wide cleaning stripe across weld seams and pre-bond surfaces.
