IPG Photonics YLP Series

Standard Q-Switched · USA / Germany — MOPFA / Q-switched pulsed ytterbium fiber — Fixed pulse width (typically 80–200 ns), adjustable frequency within narrower range than MOPA. Lower pulse energy ceiling than high-energy Q-switched. — YLPN series spans multiple sub-families. YLPN-M modules: ≤500 W, air-cooled, ≤2 mJ, 0.15–500 ns. YLPN-R/S cabinets: up to 2–3 kW, water-cooled, up to 100–150 mJ, 0.15–2000 ns.
