P-Laser QF-1000 Laser Cleaning Parameters

Sourcehttps://www.p-laser.com/products/qf-500-qf-1000

Doubling area cleaning rate without biting harder per pulse, the QF-1000 shares the QF-500 cabinet and 1 MW peak-power optics but runs twice the average power. That trade suits robot-mounted, in-line work — mould cleaning and weld-seam prep on production lines — where P-Laser routes 16-to-50-metre fibre and an air-treatment unit captures ablated dust. Its 100 ns high-energy pulses spall heavy, aged coatings by shock, not slow burn.
