Netalux Needle 100 Laser Cleaning Parameters
Sourcehttps://netalux.com/product/needle/
Red Dot–awarded ergonomics, not raw energy, define the Needle 100. It puts the lightest air-cooled source in Netalux's Belgian-built line into the operator's hand — 19.3 kg with a pivoting head that ends overhead work done on your back. Its 1 mJ pulses at 10–500 kHz hold fluence low for gentle oxide and thin-coating removal, ceding heavy spallation to the water-cooled Jango and Kamino.

Derived Parameters
| Peak power | 6.67 kW |
| Fluence at 2 mm spot | 0.0318 J/cm² |
| Fluence at 5 mm spot | 0.00509 J/cm² |
| Overlap (cleaning) | 60–80% |
Field spot diameter varies by scan head — 2 mm and 5 mm are representative values for handheld cleaning heads.
